PRESS RELEASE: Assemblymember Miguel Santiago Announces Two Foreclosure Resource Fairs

The Office of Assemblymember Miguel Santiago (D-Los Angeles), in partnership with the State Bar of California, the California Departments of Business Oversight and Consumer Affairs, and Occupy Fights Foreclosures, will be conducting two free seminars to educate concerned residents about real estate fraud and the foreclosure process. Attendees will learn valuable tips about how to protect themselves in the housing market, and be provided with access to informational materials, and resources.

WHAT: Assemblymember Miguel Santiago (D-Los Angeles) announces two Foreclosure Resource Fairs to inform residents about real estate fraud, how to avoid foreclosure, and what to do if they find themselves in the process of foreclosure.

After two and half years I got new set of documents “approving” me for a new modification. Now, after paying my principle and balance for six years my balance was one million dollars-more!. Bank made money on foreclosure. banks will theft own country , not enemies s from another cultures, but steel from own citizens. I was told I got modification. I was put on so called “Trial Period” – who figured it out, very clever and evil – this just another way of taking money tempting citizens to have hope so they (naive to trust the bank) pay. I too paid almost $ 13 thousand d dollars in 35 day period. I was to pay next moth – almost $ 20 thousand in 45 day period while increase of my principle and modification that stays that bank pays for my insurance and taxes. I have proof I do. My agent send to them Declaration page and so did I. My taxes are not paid. They added to my principle addiction $ 20thousand " to create an escrow" while I pay the escrow. I should never be in foreclosure , but still I pay foreclosure fees and their attorneys fees located throughout our country – humongous buildings worth billions dollars bought from our stolen money. Elrakabawy, Hassan is their attorney assigned to my case that I need to pay. I would say that t the law requires that modification is complete before the payments are amount of the payment are establish and agreed by both parties, in law school they teach that! I The Woolf Firm send the letters with sales dates blindly, not knowing any facts or knowing but not caring since well paid.
I got modification but I did not! I know it is surreal and contradictory but that how it is with the bank – “unreal” said Polish Media. I never got a document from SPS with their signature on it that modification I accepted by both sides. I got a stet of documents that was not a full package. I got a phone call from Mrs. Saveland who told me they (SPS) the document I s" missing"; she told me to send me the document via FEDEX but I never got the document. After many phone calls and inquiries I finally found the document myself on their website , printed it and send it to them , notarized it and attached Declaration Page with my Insurance.

Today is 18th of July 2016. I "passed Trail period:, they want more money- while in foreclosure increased my principle , are inpudin escrow ( insurance and taxes-while not paying for it) insurance that I have, do not pay for taxes an do not care to send modification with their signature on the document to me I do not have modification .They, SPS, tell me I will date another sale date , I get treats and am called names at 2:00 we will take your house b… pay your bills!!! (…) They tell me I got my modification but no documents are send to me but I must pay or again they will take my house or … who know next. Another calling name and treats in front of my window or perhaps they will shoot this time. Everything is possible .The situation is unreal. I do not have modification .Every real estate transaction must be in writing and I do not have needed documents from them.
