Occupy members protested by sit-in to protest against fraudulent foreclosure of 4750 - 4748 Hammel Street, Los Angeles, CA 90022 by Deutsche Bank

"They Demand an End to Foreclosures" This is great coverage of N13: they explicitly detail our demand that Deutsche Bank honor the loan modification they promised the Lucero family. La Opinion says that even though we weren't a large group, we were "so organized" that we effectively shut down major intersections and held off police for 2 hours. They described how Mrs.Lucero called on Occupy LA for support and occupiers have since been protecting the family's property. La Opinion contacted Deutsche Bank's New York headquarters, but they have yet to provide any comment.

Leave it to the editors of La Opinion to shamelessly promote the reelection campaign of Obama, and after the election report that immigration reform is unlikely and that Latinos continue to lose their homes. They never got around to mentioning that Obama has deported more people than any president in history—in just four years. And he continues to deport.

Here is a site in Madrid for people fighting foreclosures (ejecuciones hipotecarias), seizures (embargoes) and evictions (desahucios). http://afectadosporlahipotecamadrid.net
