Occupy Fights Foreclosures (OFF) invites you to its upcoming art/music benefit at the Vortex in Little Tokyo on Sat, March 30th from 6pm-midnight. We need some help raising money for our ongoing campaign to provide assistance and support for victims of fraudulent bank foreclosures. We're a volunteer organization, but we do have day-to-day expenses and associated legal/court costs to do the work that needs to get done.
The event is family-friendly & we'll be featuring bands, info by OFF activists and homeowners, spoken word, food, a big art show (accepting donations), silkscreening, and a few DJs stepping up in solidarity for the cause. And we'd appreciate your support.
We've set up an online donation page for those who would like to donate early: https://www.wepay.com/events/occupy-fights-foreclosures-fundraiser-mar-30

OFF's Activities Highlights
OFF has been very successful over the last year in its campaign to expose the corporate greed and corruption that is literally forcing families onto the streets. OFF was a big reason the State of California now has a Homeowners Bill of Rights and has organized marches, rallies, and direct action to highlight the plight of foreclosure victims while working to in the LA community to keep people in their homes.
Housing is a Human Right! Stop Fraudclosure! Thank you for your support!
